Shipping Info

All shipments of fireworks are federally regulated and will be shipped only by federally approved means. Red Rose Imports, LLC is a retailer and wholesaler that sells via the internet to consumers, wholesalers and distributors. Red Rose Imports, LLC assumes no liability as to misuse, illegal sale or transportation by the purchaser.

All fireworks are sold on the premise that they will be used or sold in accordance with all local, state and federal laws. Any dispute arising will be litigated in Lancaster, PA.

• No Shortages will be accepted without being marked on the Bill of Lading (freight document).
• All damages or tampered cases must be marked on the Bill of Lading.
• Open Boxes or missing tape must be marked on the Bill of Lading.

Retail Orders:
All retail orders will come in brown boxes with tamper resistant tape. Customers need to inspect the box and tape before signing the Bill of Lading. Please note any cuts, damages or missing product.

We have a minimum on retail orders of $500. All orders are plus shipping and we ship in the Continental United States ONLY! All case pricing are plus shipping.  We DO NOT ship retail orders to the following states:

Alaska

 California

 Hawaii

 New York

 Tennessee

 Wholesale Orders:

All wholesale orders will be shipped on pallets and at the cost of the customer. The merchandise will be wrapped in shrink wrap. Any pallets received without this shrink wrap or where the shrink wrap has been partially removed or tampered with must be noted on the Bill of Lading and fully inspected.

All of this is necessary because of the value of fireworks.
Occasionally when being transferred between shipping terminals your fireworks may be sitting in an area where they are illegal. This makes them highly desirable. While this is not the norm, the customer needs insure that they have received their full order. We cannot help you with shortages if they are not marked on the Bill of Lading.
